Isabella's face turned bright red, like being choked by chili peppers, as she heard the director's words. She couldn't bear it and walked away swiftly.
She kicked stones with her shoes, gasping angrily, feeling cheated that the kiss scene was canceled. After filming for so long, she had hoped to finally taste some sweetness, only for it to be taken away suddenly.
When the leading actor and actress entered the set to start shooting, Isabella couldn't help but ask him, "Was it Shaw who canceled the kiss scene?"
"Yes, he felt the kiss was somewhat unnecessary here."
Isabella hummed in disagreement beside him, unable to openly express why. Instead, she blurted out, "Shaw helped my cousin so much, clearing up misunderstandings for her and drinking with her late at night. Could it be he likes her?"
