THE CHURCH CHAPEL
The door opened revealing the bride that everybody has been waiting for. She walked slowly towards the altar accompanied by her dad and finally stood in front of her groom.
Jaden smiled at her sweetly and went on to collect the box handed to him by his subordinate. He knelt down, raised her gown and helped her change her slippers to heels.
Finally the wedding vows took place and in no time they were pronounced husband and wife, followed by the couples kiss.
Jaden kissed Serena lightly on the lips and turned to face everyone with a smile.
FLASHBACK
Serena who was relaxing received a video from an unknown number and played it. She was shock to see her parents, she watched the video and discovered what the deal was all about.
She cursed Jaden in her heart for deceiving her parents and just then she received a text from thesame unknown number saying, "Dear wifey, you better show up in the next fifteen minutes or else you wouldn't want to imagine the consequences.
She knew exactly who sent her that text, she wondered why he was so adamant on getting married to her, he barely knew her.
Immediately she stood up, men in black surrounded her, she wanted to run but they was no way out.
Ma'am, please cooperate with us, the boss is waiting, one of the men on black said to her. Serena fell short of words, she couldn't believe he(Jaden) knew her whereabouts all this while and had people following her, but how was there no sign of she being followed.
PRESENT
That was how she ended up in the church now married to Jaden. She watched the smile on everyone's face and felt like crying, didn't they know she was being forced or they were just pretending or perhaps they were oblivious to the truth. She kept starring at the unknown faces with tears threatening to block her vision, then her eyes landed on her parents who had a bitter sweet smile plastered on their faces.
They approached her slowly and finally stood in front of her. Mrs Leo couldn't stand it anymore and pulled her daughter in for a hug although Serena didn't hug her back, she was still mad at them.
Because according to what she found out, he proposed and they accepted on her behalf, wasn't it obvious to them that she was in a relationship with someone at that time, what were they thinking.
Baby, dad and I are so sorry, I hope you can forgive us, Mrs Leo whispered to her daughter with tears threatening to fall down.
Princess, it's all my fault, don't hate your mother because of this, I tried to cancel it but it was too late, Mr Leo said.
How could you guys think of doing this to me in the first place, she said looking disappointed.
No dear, it wasn't supposed to be...
Cuts in, hi everyone seems like you guys are having a family chat without me, I hope you didn't forget that I'm part of the family now, Jaden said smiling.
Come on everyone let's take a family photo, Khloe said and dragged her parents while Jaden held his wife's hand followed by her parents.
They took multiple pictures with Serena forcing a smile. Chucks, Aidan and Derek kept on congratulating the newly wedded couples.
And in no time, Jaden took Serena and headed for the private jet waiting for them and they left everyone, who was cheering at them.
Finally the tears Serena had been holding flowed down her cheeks endlessly while starring down at her parents.
