The transmission occurs at the Fegg Hub's Star Zone 2.
Star Zone 2 is a satellite of Star Zone 1, somewhat like the relationship between the Moon and Blue Star. However, the difference is that Star Zone 2 is a purely man-made satellite planet, not a naturally formed one like the Moon.
At the South Pole of Star Zone 2, there is a gigantic Transmission Array situated here, with a diameter reaching 6500 meters!
This is also the largest Transmission Array in Fegg Hub and the only interstellar-level array in the hub.
To go to the Holy Silver Star System, one must transmit from here at the Fegg Hub.
