After the banquet, Ian arranged special accommodations for the envoy group—a forty-story residential building located near the commercial street on the east side of the city, with a distant view of Dazzling Lake, facing Silver Peak.
This was Ian's concept of a 'residential building', and also a test of Xiawei Territory's construction team on their capability to build high-rise buildings.
The test results were excellent. With the assistance of Earth Ascenders and Ironman Exoskeletons, the construction team built quickly and well, with excellent quality. Even the interior decoration was considered exquisite, proving that Xiawei Territory is now on par with international standards in civil engineering.
Yet, in reality, even if property management of the residential building was more convenient, and the arrangements for water, electricity, and various resources more straightforward, even the decoration was taken care of.
