Polaris collected her thoughts and looked up.
She saw beneath the enormous Golden Sacred Tree, seven or eight figures slowly descending, their bodies emitting a hazy glow, with an aura far surpassing the Saint Demigods present.
Angels!
Sub-Gods!
Eternal beings!
"Bow before the gods of the Immortal Realm!"
The guests present all respectfully saluted these seven or eight figures.
Proud Sun, Cat God, Destiny Giant Serpent, the Three Ladies of Pain, the Gatekeeper, and the eight angels of the Nameless Smiling and nodding in acknowledgment to the crowd.
"Today is the Azure King's wedding; we do not wish to overshadow the occasion. Please continue without ceremony."
Oscar, with hands clasped behind his back, his long hair beneath a black robe and hat billowing in the wind, spoke softly.
The crowd all bowed their heads, softly praising, "Azure King above."
