Nancy sat in the back seat.
Emma continued to complain to Basil: "What kind of eye do you have? It's normal for us tough-skinned types to sit in the front! What if something happens to Nancy with her small frame?"
Basil adjusted his glasses on the bridge of his nose and replied, "You're right."
Emma finally had no objections.
Nancy simply watched them with a smile.
They all arrived together at the place for taking wedding photos.
Emma initially didn't want to take the photos, always thinking wedding photos are too cheesy.
But the big day was coming up soon, and a wedding photo at the entrance was a must, so she came along.
Emma pulled Nancy to walk in front, with Basil following behind.
The receptionist warmly greeted them, saying to Emma and Nancy, "Are you the couple that made the reservation earlier? Truly a perfect match made in heaven."
The receptionist mistook Emma and Nancy as the couple.
