Nancy got out of the car and saw Sophie sitting at the entrance of Ink Manor with her little dog.
Upon seeing Nancy, the little dinosaur wagged its tail, and Sophie ran over to Nancy.
"Mom."
"Woof woof."
The person and the dog surrounded Nancy, the heaviness in her heart dissipated, and she reached out to pick up Sophie.
The little dinosaur followed behind them, wagging its tail as it walked inside.
Joy and harmony were abound.
Sophie wrapped her arms around Nancy's neck, her voice excited, "Mom, do you know? Mr. Parker picked one of my paintings and wants to hang it in his exhibition. He said it wasn't just for Grandpa's sake that he chose mine, but because he really appreciates my work."
Nancy nodded and said softly into Sophie's ear, "Our Sophie is already amazing and paints beautifully."
Sophie smiled brightly, "Grandpa says I am a lot like Mom and that our paintings both carry emotions. But Grandpa won't let me see Mom's old paintings, only those from the old district."
