"Hey, Julius, what are you doing here?"
Julius Goodman turned his head to glance at her, then placed the freshly steamed buns on a plate on the table: "Go wash up, you can eat soon."
"Okay."
Ava Kent immediately returned to her room to fix her hair and, realizing she was still wearing yesterday's clothes, went to take a shower.
When she finished washing up and came out, Julius was already waiting at the dining table.
"Mushroom and pork buns, I've tried them, they're not bad."
Ava glanced at the flour still on his clothes and laughed, "Did you make these yourself? They smell so good."
Julius was affected by her smile, slightly raised his lips, and softly 'mm'ed in response.
"I made them whenever I had time; the outside ones have too many spices."
He had been cooking for himself since he was young, honing great culinary skills. Ava had first learned to cook by following him.
