"What's going on with you?" Eddie questioned the boy who sat beside him but got no reply. "Is there something you'd like to tell me?" He added after noticing his first question was left unanswered. He could literally smell her scent all over Scott, what was going on between the two, Eddie was curious. He really hoped Scott hasn't been compelled.
"Nothing's going on, I'm doing just fine" Scott finally spoke. His answer seemed a bit too basic considering the time it took for him to reply. Eddie knew that Scott understood that wasn't what he meant by the question, but he just had to do with the reply that he's been given.
Eddie took a quick glance around the class, the vampire girl wasn't present and he felt relieved. She was probably in another class. Eddie didn't like the fact that this vampire had transferred to their school, and he hated it more that Scott was associating with her and keeping it a secret from him. However he was a bit happy she wasn't in the same class as both of them, he wasn't sure if he could handle the sight of her and Scott together ever again.
"Where's Jade?" Eddie turned towards his inquisitor, Scott must be playing if he thought he could just act as if something wasn't going on. There was no way he could sit there and act like nothing was happening.
"What do you care, don't you have someone else to think about?" Eddie returned but his friend didn't say anymore words.
Scott ignored Eddies words and turned towards the teacher who had just walked in. He would have loved to tell Eddie everything, but that demon had threaten to harm his parents if he spilled a single word. He understood that telling Eddie would probably ease his problems, his friend would probably be able to handle the vampire, but he didn't want to risk it. He'll tell Eddie when all this was over.

Jade fought hard to contain the rage that boiled within her. They were only a few of them that offered the visual art course, but today a new figure had joined them. Normally she'd be excited to welcome new members to the class, but it wasn't the case today. If they weren't in public, she would have reduced their newest addition to nothing but ashes.
"Everyone please welcome Nicole Myers" The teacher had introduced and the others had welcomed her wholeheartedly. She was pretty, and the aura around her was welcoming, it wasn't long before everyone in the class was all over her.
Jade did her best to ignore the new figure, but the vampire didn't have the same intentions. "I never thought we'll see again, I'm Nicole" Nicole introduced herself to the witch beside her. She could tell the girl hated her guts, but she really didn't care. She wasn't trying to annoy her or anything, she genuinely wanted to be her friend.
Jade didn't reply the girl, neither did she consider returning the handshake that the vampire offered. That was until she realized half of the class was staring at her. "Jade Black" The mean witch replied before taking a hold of the vampire's outstretched hand. She was only doing this so everyone won't tag her as a meanie. They probably had no idea of who or what she was.
Jade returned to her book after the introduction. If she had stared at that face a second longer then she might have lost her cool.
"I heard you're the class president, would you mind giving me a tour around the school during recess?" Nicole inquired. This girl was good, and she knew exactly what she was doing. She spoke in a way that everyone heard what she says, if Jade was to refuse they'll all probably turn on her.
"Didn't you have a tour this morning with Scott?" Jade asked without lifting her face from her work. The entire class was already murmuring at the mention of Scott's name, and they were beginning to make wild assumptions already.
"He was really sweet and all, but our tour was interrupted by the bell. I was hoping you'd complete it on his behalf"
Jade felt her adrenaline levels surge immediately the vampire remarked on Scott's character. She had probably heard all the girl in the school say something nice, and absurd about Scott, but it never really got to her. So why did this girls words irk her so much. She probably hated this vampire more than the five girls that Scott had dated.
"I'll be happy to help you with your tour" Marcus a vampire offered. He was already aware of what Nicole was, and he wanted to get along with someone like him. Unlike the other vampires, he was reserved and stayed on his own. The art class was probably something he picked out because it didn't have much members.
"No it's fine Marcus, I'll finish her tour for her" Jade spoke before Nicole could open her lips. She'll make use of this opportunity to get rid of the girl. The vampire population in the school was already too much, they didn't need anymore additions.
