The next day at noon, after having lunch at home, Clara watched Sebastian drive to the company, then returned indoors. She looked up at the classical artistic clock hanging on the living room wall, pursed her lips, and was about to return to her room when Sarah came out of the kitchen.
"Madam, there's a big temperature difference between morning and evening in the Imperial Capital recently. My daughter's about to give birth in these two days. Because of some conflict with her in-laws earlier, her emotions have been unstable. I'm worried they won't take proper care of her, so I want to discuss with you taking three to five days off.
