Bertha Haines felt delighted after hearing.
"When are you moving in? I'll have a housewarming for you then."
Mia Linwood replied, "The previous owner has already renovated the apartment, and the furniture is complete, so I can move in anytime. I can stay here tonight."
Bertha thought for a moment and suggested.
"Why don't you stay with us tonight, and later choose an auspicious day to officially move in? When the time comes, we'll have April cook a nice meal for your housewarming."
Mia Linwood seemed agreeable to anything.
"Alright, I'll listen to you."
"By the way, I heard from April that your birthday is in two days. I'm fretting over what birthday gift to get you."
Bertha smiled gently and replied.
"No need to fret, I'll love whatever you give me. But the gift shouldn't be too expensive."
Mia suddenly remembered something and said to Bertha.
"Alright, I'll think about it more."
