The term "Guo Nan" is a profanity used by these people to insult men from Dragon Country.
This group has a renowned nickname on the internet: Feminist Fist Garden.

Ma Yan, as a female player from Dragon Country, said in Shinoda Chizuru's livestream where she accused Li Zheng: "Is this Guo Nan?"
