I muttered and a series of lightning rained down on earl Coslen his fiery shield tried to protect him but few attacks which were imbued with divine attributes penetrated his defenses injuring and countering his regeneration.
The lightning had extinguished the black flames around us, limiting his option of hiding but soon a Ice shield appeared above his head which was soon broken due to continuous barrage of lightning.
"What are you trying to do Earl simon?"
Instead of answering he fired multiple ice spikes in my direction trying to weaken my concentration but was instead met with an overwhelming number of lightning counter strikes.
[Lightning Sparks]
A series of non threatening light particles appeared inside the lightning domain and both earl distanced themselves away from them.
With the snap of my finger, one after another the lightning sparks blew up creating a blinding light and screeching sound robbing all three opponents of their senses.

I casted the overcharged [Divine verdict] spell infused with fate points and golden laser beams descended from the air while some rose from the ground targeting all three demons inside the [Lightning Domain].

Different types of cries resounded as the golden lasers hit earl simon, Earl Coslen and his general gabriel head on and their bodies started to melt unable to generate due to [Divine verdict] having been imbued with fate points.
Stopping my spell midway before it could completely erase their existence, I arrived near the two alive Earl.
Earl Coslen had covered his whole body inside the ice block, making it seem like he was encased inside diamond but due to being already overly exhausted, his ice couldn't contain the damage caused by [Divine Verdict] spell and soon broke as an unconscious earl fell to the ground.
This time before I could will it, Ether left my hand and covered the whole body of Earl Coslen devouring him whole, only leaving his core intact.
Soon a black fiery fist hit my back but it didn't cause any real damage because my dragon scales were immune to most of the elemental attack.
An attack from an aura master or spell below rank 8 was useless against me and thus Earl Coslen received the burnt from touching my back as an intense jolt of lightning energy, charred and destroyed his hand.
"Ahhhhhh!!!!!"
He looked at his hand which should have already started healing but , contrary to his expectation, the pain kept spreading throughout his body.
Moving behind me at lightning speed, I held the earl coslens throat with my dragon claw and as he was about to breath black flame at my face, I snapped his neck, killing him on the spot.
Soon Ether spread from my hand and devoured Earl Coslen's body and bone alike and what remained in my hands was just a single black 30 centimeter round core.

I dispelled the [Draconic transformation] and [Lightning Domain] at the same time and heard the concerned voice of Merlin in my ears.
'What are you doing? There is still that marquise ranked demon outsi…'
'No need, I want to test the capabilities of our secret escort.' Saying this I sent the mental message to the presence I felt in the distance for quite some time and felt it move instantaneously toward my location.
The 100 meter domain had completely disappeared by now and the first thing i noticed outside was a 3 meter tall demon holding son of Earl Simon by his neck just outside the domain.
He had tattoos all around his body and four horns protruding out of the sides of his head going all the way down to his jaw.
He emitted a shadow like fire from behind his back which didn't burn his clothes, he was aware of my presence but didn't even turn at me and my whole body felt a sense of threat coming from his direction.
'See those pure demonic features without a sign of mutation, he has merged with the core of fellow demon and a powerful one at that, he is at least or more powerful than Earl Jebel we faced back in dimension pocket.'
'That was to be expected, after all he is a marquise ranked demon, the first enemy who possesses the mythril ranked physique.'

Soon the noise of neck snapping was heard and the lifeless body of earl simon's son fell to the ground from the grip of marquise ranked demon.

The marquees ranked demon turned to look at me but soon his attention turned toward the figure which materialized to my left side out of thin air.

"We are not just some outsiders but from gen…" In the midst of speaking, the unknown entity besides me stopped and looked at his abdomen which was cut in half.
Soon, blood started to flow from the perfect cut of his body and he fell backward splitting in two pieces.
His body didn't remain that way for long as soon it started to turn into transparent liquid.
A horrified expression appeared on my face because I had just now undone my [Draconic transformation] and without it, I don't think I could even see his attacks coming let alone defend and counter-attack.
Running away seemed more impossible when there was no distraction in our surroundings unless merlin uses a teleportation scroll but was that really worth it.

Before I could make sense of Merlin's words, the ground around us started to shake.

I was the last person to notice the blob because the marquise ranked demon had already started moving his hands at lightning speed and soon cuts and craters of impact started to appear on the body of the blob but it didn't stop his advance.

There was no noise but I understood that a fierce fight was going on inside the slime's body as occasional traces of blood and bones would flow out of the giant blob.
'Back in the time, when i first arrived on this planet, there used to be many king slimes, a rank 12 beast, one of the apex predator of this planet whose existence no one could ignore but the demon king before lucifer has made sure to wipe them out when they didn't surrender to him.'
'Unfortunately there wasn't any Supreme Slime around which could retaliate against the demon king and they were wiped out.'
'It was also because the person who was able to merge and attain mythril physique using king slime core was almost invincible among its rank and thus people coveted such cores more.'

Soon the 10 meter huge blob started to reduce in size and took the form of an 8 feet tall demon.

I heard Merlin's voice and without wasting any more time, I ordered ether to devour him.
Sensing moments beside him the slime demon flinched and was about to stop ether but i stopped him.
"STOP, he needs to die." Soon the Ether spread everywhere on the battlefield, devouring all the dead bodies and the body of a mythril ranked demon and after he was done cleaning up the battlefield, it returned to my hand becoming a bracelet once again.
"Did such a thing exist?" The slime demon said once again after witnessing the unbelievable site before him.
"We should leave." I said, I was thinking of leaving before anyone else arrived but presented with a system notification.

I manifested four lightning wings behind my back and followed the demon slime who took the lead in guiding me.
I retrieved the silver crystal from my dimension rune and reported the mission status as completed to genesis but didn't submit the proof yet.
"Only a Silver membership?" I heard the voice and turned to look in the direction of the Slime demon who was looking at me with curious gaze.
"Are you a golden member of genesis?" I asked.
"No, i too am a silver ranked member of genesis, it is jus… nothing." He was about to say something but stopped minding his own business.
"What is your mission?" I asked.
"It is to safely escort you to the head office of Genesis on the eastern continent." He replied with an unbothered tone.
"Why didn't you reveal yourself before?" I asked.
"So that i don't interfere in your mission, although i tried to hide my presence to the best of my abilities, how did you find me out?"
"You underestimate me." I said not replying to his question directly.
"Tch!"
"I shouldn't ask the identity of my client but it is quite rare for genesis to issue a personal mission like this."
"Does it make you curious about my identity?" I asked.
"It does." He replied.
"I don't mind telling you but I can assure you, it won't end well for you, maybe even worse than the Marquees ranked demon I just killed."
"You mean that I incapacitated." He corrected me, preventing me from taking the credit.
"Correct."
"You do understand that killing a marquees ranked demon would attract unnecessary attention, it would alert duke ranked demons too."
"You don't have to worry about that." I said feeling the breeze all over my sour body which was the aftereffect of using [Draconic Transformation].
'Even if they track back our connection to genesis, genesis won't sell us out, at most they will be needed to give some compensation or a scapegoat, which I am sure they will manage.' I thought.
Having nothing much to do I decided to look at the spoils I have collected from this territorial war.
There were 1,398 rank 6 entity cores from the soldiers, rest of the cores seemed to have been destroyed in battle.
I also got thirteen; rank 8 entity cores from the ethereal physique expert, 2 pseudo immortal rank cores and 2 rank 10 cores from these two days of grinding.
I had expected the marquees ranked demon to be rank 12 entity but his core was only at rank 11 as per merlin's observation, which explained how this slime demon was able to deal with the marquees ranked demon with such ease who is a certified rank 12 entity.
The spoils weren't bad and it would definitely add a few million units of soul force in my reserve of 305 million soul force but it was similar to adding a few buckets of water in a full sized swimming pool.
The next thing I have to do is find a safe place and absorb soul force from it but a notification brought my attention to something unexpected.

It seemed he had the ability to morph his body however he wanted because he was flying by manifesting two huge black wings from his back which looked quite real.
Flying straight for 1 hour, I noticed a city in the distance from where we would be teleporting to the capital city of the eastern continent but a sudden ringing of crystal brought my attention to the dimension rune in my hand.
'Why is silent reaper calling me?' I held the genesis Id in my hand and looked at the holographic name displayed on the crystal 'Silent Reaper'.
