We once again arrived at the dimly lit meeting room and after few minutes of discussion regarding auxiliary matters silent reaper retrieved 2 unique looking crystals, one was black while other was silver.
The black crystal contained my fake baron persona, my new name was Edward nozwik and I was a noble from far-west on the eastern continent.
The Silver crystal contained my genesis Id and it was also a multi-purpose crystal, which would be helpful for choosing mission and many more, it had all the feature of a modern smart phone inscribed in it.
"Let me explain you about few things which I have arranged for you." Silent reaper said.
"As you know in order to become a gold member you have to complete 3 silver rank missions and 3 gold rank missions, but in your case you don't have to complete any silver rank mission, we upper echelon will assign you separate assignments which you have to finish and it will be counted as silver ranked mission." Silent reaper said.
"Can't you count it as gold rank mission?" Merlin asked.
"Unfortunately no" Silent reaper outright denied merlin's suggestion to which he didn't mind, 3 gold rank missions were nothing if we can avoid the fight with duke ranked demon and reach safely to beast continent.
"Can you tell me about the special mission, which I have to complete before advancing?" Merlin asked.
"It will be a mission surpassing the difficulty of gold rank to test your limit, but you don't have to worry because it will be a group mission and you will get the chance to work with multiple superpowers of this continent, on successful completion of that mission, we will promote you to the next rank." Silent reaper said.
"I understand, I just want you to keep my identity secret from others as you know, I don't intend to involve myself in worldly affairs." Merlin said.
"I will keep that in mind, I assure you other than upper echelon of genesis and few executives who will be working with you in the future, no other person will be made aware of your existence without your permission."
Nodding my head, I stored the silver crystal inside my inventory for later inspection and examined the black crystal.
"I had another selfish request if you don't mind?" Silent reaper said which piqued my interest because a request from silent reaper meant chance to earn more cores and money.
"What is it?" Merlin asked not sounding interested.
"It is true that we don't have a rune master of our own, but we do groom some advance rune forgers with potential, so that they can exclusively work for us, currently we have 150 advanced rune forgers who has potential to become rune masters, if you don't mind, I would like them to accompany you while you work on your assignments, it would be a valuable experience for them." Silent reaper said.
Apart from rune master the world was filled with another three category of experts who somewhat tried to fill the void left due to scarcity of rune master.
There were 3 categories, in which such peoples were classified, basic rune forger, intermediate rune forger and advanced rune forger.
A person who has newly started learning runic language was classified as basic rune forger while after acquiring certain extent of knowledge and passing some difficult tests invented by experts, one gains the title of intermediate rune forger.
An intermediate rune forger has the ability to inscribe low level runes such as communication rune crystals, exploding rune crystals and weapons upto rank 4.
Becoming intermediate rune forger was not difficult as anyone could gain this title, by swallowing already existing research but becoming advance rune forger was another story.
To become an advance rune forger one has to immerse himself in countless years of research and has to gain deep knowledge about runic language, they are required to have the ability to create new runes and among millions of such people one or two are given the stigma of rune master by mana.
"In short I have to babysit your minions while I work?" Merlin said in dejected tone.
"You misunderstand me, it is not like we want to keep an eye on you, you too know how difficult it is to overcome the wall of rune master, i only wish to give them an opportunity which they might never encounter in their life, I assure you, they will prove quite helpful to you." Silent reaper said.
'He is not lying.' I said to merlin.
"I will only allow 4 peoples to accompany me and I will charge separate compensation for this service." Merlin said.
"Thank you for your understanding." Silent reaper said.
"Oh and you should get your face scanned to complete both your id's." Silent reaper said and merlin removed the Ether mask from his face to scan his disguised face.
He had transformed his face into a teenager human beforehand and thus the black crystals scanned his face and his fake Id of baron was completed.
"I have saved my communication details in your genesis id, if you feel the need, you can call me anytime, you can also look at outer details of other member of genesis which they intend to show through genesis crystal, and hire each other for completing the mission but remember that mission completion benefit will only be given to one member, you both have to keep that in mind and inform us about your partnership beforehand."
"I understand." Merlin said.
"Do you have any other question, if not I would like to entertain an gold member, who has been waiting outside for a very long time, and considering her temper she might blow up this branch anytime soon, if I don't let her in." Silent reaper said.
"I have no question but I wanted to sell you some information with definite proof, I wonder will you be interested?" I said and retrieved a recording crystal from my space rune.
"I would have to look at the information first." Silent reaper said.
Nodding my head I activated the recording crystal and started to play a 10 second recording, in which one angel and multiple hooded figures were fighting against two demons.
The angel had half meter long four white wings on his back and two golden hollows floated above his head, his face was hidden by a white mask with golden stripes and he wielded a golden sword which emitted white fire.
