Five D3 Mechs, specifically designed for pursuing criminals, followed Agent Grace of the MFP in pursuit of a beast which they were given orders to take down immediately.
The beast, none other than Krista Monroe, was a good distance away from the Mechs and Agent Grace, giving it an opportunity to slip in and out of the slim crevices of the overcrowded, overpopulated, and poorly built facilities.
The Mechs, being too large to slip in, took to the air while Agent Grace remained on foot, her vision fixated on the beast.
'We can do this,' Krista thought to herself while strategizing her next moves. With the Mechs keeping tabs on her from the sky, there was no way she could simply escape or lose them. Instead, she decided to slip into the overcrowded buildings in Eastern Desper, buildings so crowded that they would provide dozens of blind spots for her.
