Situated in a large, dimly lit room, Jin Peng, leader of the Dragon gang, was summoned before the council of the CRAIN. Seated before him were six people sitting on large throne-like chairs with black robes that had the numbers one through six written on them in gold.
Standing next to Jin was the masked man, holding a thick chain which was used to keep the gang leader in place, as if he were some sort of dog. "CRAIN," the masked man spoke while bowing before them, "It has been less than a week, and I have already brought the one called Jin Peng. I retrieved this." He held out Jin's pendant which, like Dezhong's, had an eyeball-shaped gem, but this one was designed to look like a dragon's eye. "Unfortunately, the power from this pendant has been drained, given that it isn't glowing. Its power rests in Jin. CRAIN 5 and I thought of taking the system out of him, but he has a proposition on how he can help CRAIN."
