"Are you able to create a barrier from within the void for my sect, sister-in-law?" Zhang Fei asked Bing Xingying.
"I can create one, but some strong cultivators, who have a profound understanding of the void element, can still get through." Zhang Fei nodded in understanding to Bing Xinying. "After all, I am still young, and many of them are much stronger than me. The story would be different if senior void spirits created it for you; then no one would be able to get through it. Unfortunately, they won't be willing to help you, so I will do it."
"What about Zhe Wuming? Do you think he can get past your barrier?"
"No." Bing Xingying explained it directly. "Zhe Wuming does have the void element, but his understanding of it is still minimal. He can't pass through my void barrier yet, but he may be able to do it once he understands it better."
