Leila Bennett let out a dry laugh without much expression: "Even the mayor of Fragrant River City isn't as busy as he is."
Lucy Ansley got up to pour water, speaking with her back turned to her: "Dr. Rong is indeed busy. Next month, he's relocating to work in Zenith City. If he can't come back, you leave me the car, and maybe I'll drive over to see him."
The room was deathly silent.
"Drive to Zenith City? Huh?" Leila kicked off her slippers and sat cross-legged on the sofa, glaring at her with a stern face, "Is there no other doctor in the city? You even consider driving to see him. Why not move the whole family there?"
Lucy turned around, holding two cups of water, raising her eyebrows in surprise, "Do you think I should move?"
Leila: "..."
What does that mean she thinks?
