A frosty cold permeates my body as if I was hugging giant cubes of ice. My eyes slowly open up as I gauge my surroundings. The white snow paints everything in my vision.

I hear a female voice in the background as my consciousness once again slips away.

Everything is black, I cannot see, hear, or feel anything. I am simply floating in an empty space similar to the void I was in after my death. Suddenly, a giant wheel appears before me with a letter laying next to it.
Walking up towards the letter, I begin to read the content.
"Dear Mortal,
It is I once more, the one who reincarnated you after your death. Due to the mistake I made when I forgot about you in the void, I have granted you with a special system. Normal systems are boring so I changed this one up a tiny bit. You will be given three different sections in this system.
Firstly, you have the roulette section. You may earn roulette tickets by completing hidden tasks. Using the roulette will give you a random stand in which you can use.
Secondly, you have the power section. This section will display your stands and any other power you may stumble upon.
Finally, you have the travel section. This will allow you to travel between anime worlds once you complete the canon of the anime. Additionally, you will be given 2 passes in each world to bring 2 girls to your next world and build up a harem.
This will most likely be the last time I contact you so have fun and make your life entertaining.

I finish reading the letter and instantly give my new system a try.

I walk up towards the huge wheel and give it a spin, many different stand names can be seen, King Crimson, The World, Lil' Bomber, Killer Queen. All these names and many more are shown on the wheel as my adrenaline spikes.
'My childhood dream is finally coming true, I will finally be able to fulfill my Chūnibyō dream and have stand powers.'
The wheel slows down and finally lands on a stand and stops.

Not an overpowered stand but definitely one of the better stands in the Jojo universe.
The void I am in starts cracking, it would seem that I am regaining consciousness. Now, it's time to find out what kind of world I have been put into.

Taking a few moments to adjust to the light, my eyes slowly take in my surroundings. Three people surround the bed I lay upon. 2 Boys and 1 girl stare at my awoken figure.
I am the first to speak up and break the awkward silence.
"Umm… Hello, my name is…" Oh no, I can't just say my name is zero. That would be so weird for them to meet and random guy named zero. I start looking around the room to think about anything I could use as a name.
Looking around I see a mirror and an unfamiliar guy looking back at me. Wait is that who I think it is. Have I been reincarnated as…"Jotaro?" Due to my surprise I accidentally blurt out my thoughts. Whatever, I guess I be Jotaro if this body looks just like his from the anime.
The girl is the first one to respond.
"Nice to meet you Jotaro, my name is Sayo and these are my two friends Tatsumi and Ieyasu."
Wait a minute…Sayo, Tatsumi, Ieyasu. These names sound so famili- oh no, out of all worlds I have to be in I get put into the corrupted capital world of Akame Ga Kill.
