The Human Emperor stood on the terrace of a palace, looking out over the railing.
Suddenly.
A disheveled man holding a long saber and carrying a wine gourd staggered over, laughing playfully:
"Watching the affairs of the human world again?"
"Yes, many trials are underway, worth watching," the Human Emperor replied without turning his head.
The man shook his head, speaking despondently:
"What haven't we experienced in the last apocalypse? Anyway, they all died, and so will the humans this time. Not worth watching, ha ha ha ha!"
He sighed deeply, then suddenly burst into laughter, lifting the wine gourd and guzzling it down fiercely.
Yet the Human Emperor remained unaffected, still gazing down into the depths of the clouds, and said lightly:
"The standard-bearer has already sounded the trumpet of attack, and the first real Demon King to destroy All Worlds in past ages is about to appear again."
