The group swiftly walked into the main hall; as soon as they stepped in, the cool air blew in, and everyone immediately felt refreshed.
"Night City seems particularly hot this year..." Emma Benson muttered softly, wiping the thin layer of sweat from her forehead. She looked around the hall and sharply noticed the colors of the decor had changed, predominantly pale, making it more refreshing.
She smiled gently; Tara Summer had mentioned this on the phone last time, showing how attentive Master Liam was.
"Yeah, the weather bureau reported it's a rare high temperature in fifty years." Tara Summer pulled her toward the sofa, "It's almost five o'clock, yet the sun is so fierce, living over twenty years, and it's the first time experiencing this!"
It's approaching evening now, but the sunlight outside is intense. If it weren't for the sun leaning westward, it would be hard to tell what time it is.
However, compared to noon, it's much more comfortable.
