She bit her lip, lowered her head to look at her daughter. Raleigh's eyes widened, looking at her with a terrified expression.
Clearly not understanding what they were arguing about, she was somewhat stunned and scared.
"Raleigh, don't be afraid. Let's go home. Mommy will take you away now..." She turned around and held her daughter tightly, wanting to leave.
A series of hurried footsteps came from behind. Before she could take a step, a man's large hand had already grasped her right shoulder.
Ose Owen forced her to turn around with a violent pull. Crossley was shocked. She raised her head and glared at him, forgetting to curb her anger and voice: "Ose, what exactly do you want!?"
