The Dragon Palace currently has three areas. The outer area was for Dragonians and Dragon Warriors to cultivate inside the Dragon Palace.
Like every other day, everyone was busy cultivating. Because one cannot stay within the Dragon Palace forever. The time they could spend cultivating inside the Dragon Palace recurred in cycles. So everyone treated this opportunity very seriously and did not even want to waste a single second.
No one was allowed to get into the inner and core part of the Dragon Palace. So no one knew when the Dragon Monarch was inside the Dragon Palace or when he left. The entire Royal Family did not have any contact with those who came to cultivate.
Those who were cultivating here had long gotten used to this. Their ranks weren't high enough to go to the Core area.
