"How long are we going to wait here?" Kaoru felt really bored. They have been waiting on this route for the Dragon Monarch and Laura for almost two and a half days now.
She had to admit that the plan that the higher-ups had come up with was really good. Instead of trying to follow their trials, it was way better to wait for their target.
A part of her felt really frustrated about this whole situation.
She and her team had worked without taking any rest. They spent days and nights. Not even any meal breaks were taken by anyone from her team. They managed to track their target in Brightmor City. If not for Alex Jones attacking her and starting a fight within the city, they wouldn't have been forced to leave the city.
