Maxie tapped her phone a few more times before looking up at me with a sly grin. "Alright, babe, I'm calling the Uber real quick. Don't move while I do this, okay?"
I barely registered her words. My head was light, my body buzzing, and the music thrumming through my veins felt like it was syncing with the pulse in my core. I nodded vaguely, watching her strut toward the corner of the club, her hips swinging with effortless confidence. The second she disappeared from view, I felt a pull, a magnetic tug toward the man who had haunted my dreams since that chaotic encounter weeks ago ... Lord Aec.
My legs moved before my brain could register anything. Every step was automatic, guided by some primal instinct, the lingering effects of the drug still hot in my veins. I didn't even realize I was following him until I was close enough to see the sharp cut of his jaw under the dim neon lights. He hadn't noticed me yet, or if he had, he chose to ignore it, which somehow made my heart pound even faster.
Aec turned on a heel and began walking toward the VIP staircase. My breath caught in my throat. The stairs… the rooms… the thought should have made me panic, but instead, my body hummed with anticipation. I followed, my heels clicking softly against the floor as I mimicked his steps.
As we reached the top, I noticed the door in front of him a sleek, polished wooden slab that smelled faintly of expensive leather. He reached for the key card, sliding it into the reader with a soft click. I shouldn't have done it, I knew I shouldn't, but my body wouldn't listen.
Before he could even turn the handle, I threw myself against the door, pressing my chest to the solid wood and leaning all my weight in. "Wait!" I breathed, and the subtle squeak of the hinges told me I'd stopped him, if only for a moment.
Aec looked at me, his dark eyes narrowing slightly. There was a flash of curiosity, maybe even amusement, crossing his otherwise cold, unreadable face. I didn't care. I pushed harder, and somehow, against all logic, the door opened enough for me to slip inside.
The moment the door closed behind us, the muffled thump of the club below faded, leaving only the two of us in the room. Dim lights, plush furniture, and the faint scent of expensive perfume made my head spin, and my heart raced like a wild drum.
I could barely form coherent thoughts. My body was buzzing, hot and impatient, craving contact. My fingers twitched toward him, tracing the line of his shoulders, the curve of his chest, and my lips parted almost instinctively.
"Sharon," he said, his voice low, calm, but carrying an edge that made my knees weak.
I barely heard him. My hands roamed over his suit jacket, my body pressing into his, desperate for heat, for sensation, for him. I tried to tug at the buttons of his shirt, to slide my hands beneath the fabric, and he didn't stop me, didn't move away. Instead, he just watched, his gaze heavy and calculating, as though measuring every inch of my need.
"You don't…" His voice trailed, a small groan escaping as I ground against him. "You don't know what you're doing, do you?"
I swallowed hard, heat rushing to my cheeks. "I… I…" My words faltered. I wanted to tell him, wanted to explain, but the drugged haze in my mind, combined with my overwhelming desire, made coherent speech impossible. I could only move against him, pressing, grinding, desperate to feel anything.
He placed a hand on my waist, steadying me, and I leaned into him, chest against chest, lips finding his in a sudden, urgent kiss. My hands tangled in his hair, pulling him closer, and I felt his lips move against mine, slow at first, testing, teasing, before the kiss deepened into something consuming.
His hands roamed, firm and commanding, guiding me without restraint. I moaned against his lips, the sound foreign to me but utterly satisfying, my body responding to every touch, every whisper of his skin against mine. My hips moved instinctively, grinding against him, and I could feel the heat pooling between my thighs, igniting a fire I had never known.
Aec's breathing was even, controlled, though I could feel the faint press of his arousal against me. He didn't let me take over completely. He didn't give in fully to my desperate need, but every touch, every look, every brush of his lips against mine made my body scream for more.
I tried to tug at his belt, to pull at his shirt, and he finally placed his hands on my shoulders, gently pushing me back just enough to make me gasp. "Sharon," he whispered, his lips brushing my ear, sending shivers down my spine. "Stop. Listen."
My body twitched with frustration, desire dripping from every pore. I shook my head, desperate, clinging to him, pressing myself against him like I couldn't survive otherwise. "I… I need you," I admitted, voice trembling, barely audible.
He let out a low, almost imperceptible moan, a sound that made my stomach knot tighter, and then something shifted. His eyes softened, his hands steadying me with firm authority. He tugged gently, and I realized with a shock that he was noticing something, my inexperience, the virgin tension pulsing between us.
"You're… you've never…" His voice trailed, low and husky, a mix of surprise and amusement. I froze, heat coursing through me, my lips parting in a mix of shame and desire.
I felt the weight of his gaze, the power in his hands and eyes, and then he leaned closer, his breath ghosting over my ear. "Let's sign a contract," he whispered, his voice deliberate, intimate, and utterly commanding. "To be fuck buddies."
My eyes widened, heart pounding. Every nerve ending in my body screamed at the audacity, the lust, the insane tension of the moment. And just like that, the world outside the room, the music, the club, the danger, everything it ceased to exist.
Downstairs, Maxie was panicking. She darted across the club floor, phone in hand, calling my name, only to be stopped by my boss with a sly grin. "Relax, Maxie. She left with a driver. I arranged it myself she was causing too much chaos here."
Maxie froze, frustration bubbling. I wasn't there, her phone was useless, and the lie sliced through her calm. She wanted to scream, to go find me, but the boss's assurance anchored her hesitation.
Back upstairs, I pressed my body against Aec, intoxicated by the scent, the feel, the closeness of him. He didn't resist my attempts completely, but the restraint in him only made every touch, every kiss, every press of our bodies more intense. My hands roamed over him, my lips capturing his, our moans mingling in the dimly lit room.
Every gasp, every tremble, every desperate attempt to claim him made his presence more commanding, more tantalizing. He moved slowly, deliberately, letting me feel, letting me want, letting me burn for him without surrendering completely.
And as the night stretched on, desire and frustration tangled together, leaving me pressed to him, trembling, moaning, lost in the fire we'd ignited until that chilling, intoxicating whisper of the contract echoed in my ear, freezing me in place.
To be fuck buddies…
The words lingered in the air, a promise, a challenge, and a temptation all at once. I wanted to argue, to resist, but my body had other ideas. And in that moment, pressed against him, lips still tingling from the last kiss, heart racing, I knew… everything was about to change.
