Shi Wangyue opened the office door, wondering why he hadn't received a reply to the messages he sent half an hour ago.
Looking over, his workstation was empty.
"Where's Assistant Jin?"
He asked the subordinates nearby.
"Assistant Jin went to another department," replied the employee sitting near Assistant Jin's desk.
"When he returns, let him come in for a moment," Shi Wangyue instructed and then went back to his office. Soon after, Assistant Jin knocked on Shi Wangyue's office door.
"Boss, you wanted to see me?"
"Sit."
Shi Wangyue gestured to the guest area of the office for Assistant Jin, and then he walked from his desk to sit beside Assistant Jin.
"Recently, the workload has increased quite a bit. Are you having trouble keeping up?"
"It's okay," Assistant Jin answered after a brief thought, "I can manage."
"That means you're somewhat overburdened," Shi Wangyue said, "The market conditions have been fluctuating a lot lately, and our work is indeed intense."
