Mu Anhan relied on her memory of the road to reach the mountain cabin at the top, and she was so happy she almost cried.
"Mentor... Mentor..."
She rushed toward the cabin, calling out joyfully.
No one responded from inside; she pushed open the door but didn't see the shadow of her mentor.
The mentor doesn't live here; where did he go?
The cabin is very small, with a living room, a bedroom, and a study. All are adorned with antique decorations, revealing the elegance of its owner.
"Mentor, I'm here..."
Mu Anhan stood in the living room, murmuring softly. Why is the mentor not at home?
Suddenly, there was a "pop" sound outside the window, accompanied by a painful chirping.
Mu Anhan rushed out to see a bird with snow-white feathers had been injured; it was lying on the ground and crying sadly.
She stepped forward and picked the bird up in her hands, "Little darling, do you know the mentor can save you too? But, the mentor is not home, so let me help you!"
