Neither the Undead Tribe nor the Little Fairies actually care about whatever tricks the Kalinsanians are up to.
Firstly, it is the Undead Tribe that is sheltering these refugees... If it were Vila, she might at most leave a piece of land for them to stay on; she would not care about the survival of humans.
To the Little Fairies, they naturally carry a bit of hostility towards races that can destroy nature.
Even if they, due to their nature of not easily harming others... and of course, more likely due to their impotence... they would not actively become enemies with humans, but neither would they show much goodwill.
As for the Undead Tribe, they are simply used to it... since Teraxil, William has trained them with a rudimentary but functional refugee handling plan, and after experiencing several worlds, the Undead Tribe has basically become skilled at it.
