A single Mexican burrito wasn't enough for Luke. He quickly finished it and grabbed a slice of pizza, some fries, and a cola. After eating all of that, he was barely seventy percent full. Fortunately, he wasn't hungry anymore. He thought to himself, "I'll just have a snack now and deal with dinner later."
After Reid finished eating, he wiped his hands and looked at Luke inquiringly, "Any progress in this morning's investigation?"
Luke yawned, "I spent the entire morning at the Southern District. I visited the night shift detective department, the forensics lab, chatted with the deceased's partner, and finally went to the forensics room to examine the body of the deceased.
In the meanwhile, I also contacted the deceased's family to gather some information, but they have not arrived yet.
While chatting with the deceased's partner, Timo Jensen, both Jackson and I felt he was hiding something. I got Raymond and Jenny to keep an eye on him to see what he might do next."
