Morgon Sheldon was momentarily stunned, then realized what he meant.
Did he think Morgon wanted to find him because of a professional problem?!
For a moment, Morgon's emotions were complicated.
"Don't just stand there foolishly, come in. Let's talk about why you're here." Without waiting for his response, David entered the room, ensured no dangerous individuals were lurking, and leisurely began to boil a kettle of water, adding some tea leaves once it boiled.
Even with the steaming tea in front of him, Morgon's complicated feelings weren't resolved.
He looked at David. Three years had passed, and aside from being thinner than before, David had hardly changed. He was as Morgon remembered him from countless memories.
David cradled his hot tea and sat down to chat with Morgon.
