Jayr POV - Dragon Ball Universe, Null Realm - Age 780
While most of the spectators is shocked by the power behind Jiren's "simple" punch, Jiren makes his move and attacks Goku with a barrage of punches, that just like the one he threw before, generate powerful shockwaves that hit Goku from the distance with enough power to send him crashing against a nearby rubble and enough force to make the rubble crumble on impact.
After that, Jiren calmly approaches the slumped figure of Goku, who looks barely able to stand, before stopping just a few meters away from him.
For a tense moment, no one says anything as everyone is focusing on them, before Goku groans and says, "Urg... In all my years... All my fights... I've never taken an attack like that. There's no doubt. You really are incredible, Jiren. But I won't quit. No matter the odds, I won't back down now."
At this point, Vegeta steps in, agrees with his rival and fellow Saiyan from the 7th Universe, and adds, "Kakarot is right. Any fool could see that you've been one of the strongest warriors taking part in this tournament, at least so far. But I'll still find a way to knock you out and win this Tournament of Power. When the dust settles, I'll be the one claiming the Super Dragon Balls and Jayr's Dragon Balls."
Jiren looks at the two Saiyans opposing him, and with a grunt, he seems to acknowledge them before he silently takes his natural-looking stance while Goku and Vegeta yell in perfect sync.
""Here we come, Jiren!""
The two immediately transform back into Super Saiyan Blue, and with a protracted yell, they keep powering themselves up, unleashing massive flame-like auras while making the whole Null Realm shake under their combined power.
Then Goku yells, "Kaio-ken!" using the Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken once more, making Beerus exclaim, "With that multiplier, he's tapping into all the energy he has. We'll just have to hope that it's enough to defeat him."
Meanwhile, Vegeta struggles as he keeps pushing his Ki further and further, pushing it against the very limits of the Super Saiyan Blue transformation and slowly but surely breaking them as his glowing and pulsing hair seems to indicate.
As he keeps struggling to break past his previous limits, Vegeta remembers the promise he made to Cabba and mutters as his Ki keeps rising, "I have to... I gave my word, from one Saiyan to another, and I have to keep it! I'll shatter through my limits, in my own way, and on my own terms. And then, Jiren... I will defeat you!"
Vegeta then let out a forceful yell as he finally completely shatters his limits, making his aura and Ki explode to unprecedented levels, releasing a blinding light while shocking everyone.
"Just look at that energy!"
"It's not like the Super Saiyan Blue power he's shown so far. He's tapping into something greater."
"Wowie, what is he doing now?"
"Whatever it is, I like it!"
"It appears that Vegeta-san has crashed through his limitations, as well. He has coalesced a power within himself that is far beyond the Super Saiyan Blue level he has displayed in the Tournament up to now."
Soon, the blinding light fades away, revealing Vegeta's figure that has gone through some noticeable changes as he transformed into the Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Evolution form, also known as the Super Saiyan God SS Evolved form, or even more simply the Super Saiyan Blue Evolved form.
Being a form that pushes beyond the normal Super Saiyan Blue, this form looks quite similar to its predecessor; however, the hair and eyes take on a darker coloring of royal blue, as well as the hair growing bigger and spiking outwards like Super Saiyan Second Grade.
The eyes also sport visible black pupils, and the aura takes on a similar coloring with a larger and denser nature to it, including light particles that display a stronger glint, similar to Ultra Instinct Sign, taking the form of four-pointed stars and a few occasionally bursting like fireworks; also, the subtle yellow glow of Super Saiyan Blue disappears completely.
Vegeta's body also gains a noticeable increase in muscle mass and definition, which is also very similar to Super Saiyan Second Grade.
Because of the powers-up, it also makes the blood vessels in the user's forehead become more pronounced; furthermore, Vegeta's armor takes on a darker blue hue than it normally has while Vegeta is in this form.

Vegeta, in his new Super Saiyan Blue Evolved form, glares at Jiren and tells him, "Now you can finally see my all, Jiren."
At the same time, Krillin can't help but exclaim and comment after watching Vegeta's impressive transformation, "Amazing! So this is what Vegeta looks like when he breaks through his own limits, huh?"
Shortly after that, the Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Evolved Vegeta start to slowly walk toward Jiren, who shouts, "Bring it!"
This signals the start of their battle as Vegeta and Goku begin fighting Jiren two against one, finally working together relentlessly attacking him until they land an attack, sending Jiren crashing against the wall of one of the nearby ruins.
"They got him!"
"A joint attack. Are Goku and Vegeta actually working together?"
Shortly after, Jiren jumps out from the crater he created after crashing into the rubble and says, "Well, it appears you both have sharpened your attacks."
Then, Vegeta and Goku again rush at Jiren and assault him with a relentless series of attacks, forcing Jiren to continuously step back and defend himself until he finds an opening and retaliates with a barrage of powerful, glowing punches that push the Saiyan pair back, giving Jiren the chance to start his counterattack.
However, Vegeta quickly fires off a powerful Ki Blast at him, forcing Jiren to stop himself and change the target of his next attack from them to the incoming Ki Blast, throwing a glowing punch that unleashes yet another concentrated shockwave that makes the Ki Blast explode, forcing Jiren back while Vegeta and Goku regroup.
While the action pauses for a moment, Whis explains that Goku and Vegeta's coordination isn't perfect, yet this actually helps them out by confusing Jiren.
At the same time, Goku looks at Jiren and comments, "It's still hard to believe how strong this guy is. He took both of our assaults and didn't even flinch," which makes Vegeta snort and say, "Hmph. That won't be true for long. Moreover, there all still plenty of warriors even stronger than him."
Shortly after that, the battle resumes with Jiren casually firing a couple of Ki Blasts while Goku and Vegeta dodge them and charge in.
The duo push Jiren back with a series of coordinated attacks, finishing with a Kamehameha and Final Flash, though Jiren takes these attacks head-on, he emerges seemingly undamaged as he blows away the smoke generated by their attacks by unleashing a massive pillar of Ki for a moment before he says while calmly walking toward them, "A valiant effort. You've shown me the true extent of your power."
Hearing that, Vegeta snorts and asks, "Hmpf. Did you hear that, Kakarot?" which makes Goku reply, "Yeah, whatever."
The next moment, Goku and Vegeta charge in with Jiren doing the same, and soon, they clash, generating a blinding explosion.
Meanwhile, seeing that Jiren is raising his game, Dyspo decides to do likewise in his match against Peppars, "Well, it looks like Jiren's finally upping his game. So I guess I'll do the same!"
Then, Dyspo makes his move and starts exchanging blows with Peppars, who, after doubling his power once again as a result of the destruction of one of his Mirror Dimensions, is easily able to keep up with Dyspo's current speed.
After easily blocking yet another attack, much to Dyspo's irritation, Peppars chuckles, jumps back to create some distance between them, and says, "Well, well... This is starting to bore me. On top of that, there isn't much time left, and I want to play with other toys too. I think it's time to end this, don't you agree? I can give credit where it is due, and your quickness has almost no rival. However, your moves are far too straightforward and predictable, which makes you darting about no threat at all. Hehe."
The next moment, Dyspo and Peppars resume their high-speed battle, and for a moment, it seems that Peppars can easily keep up with Dyspo, but then Dyspo snorts and says, "Ha! You're using guesswork to deal with my speed. That explains how you've been able to hold on for this long. But don't go thinking you can outlast me with hunches. The fact is, I can move even faster!"
Then Dyspo starts moving even faster, leaving Peppars unable to follow his movements as he pummels his opponents and then uses his Circle Flash attack to finish him off by forming a ring of energy in his hand and firing it at his opponent, trapping Peppars before making it explode with the command of "Finish!" which makes Peppars grunt and fall on his knees.
Seeing that, Dyspo laughs and says, "Hahaha. My Circle Flash stings pretty bad, doesn't it? I hate to put an end to the fun, but it's time for you to go over the side!"
After saying that, Dyspo rushes in to knock Peppars out of bounds, though Peppars suddenly moves with much faster speed than he showed before and stops him with his left hand, much to the shock of Dyspo, who exclaims, "But how did you catch me?"
Peppars still seems more than fine as he let out a mocking sigh of relief and says, "Whew. That was close. For an infinitesimal moment, I was actually concerned."
Then he tightens his hold on Dyspo's arm, making him scream in pain for a few seconds before casually releasing it, making Dyspo fall to the ground with a grunt.
After that, Peppars chuckles and says, "Tell me, Dyspo. Would you be open to making a deal with me?" which makes a confused Dsypo exclaim, "Huh?"
Peppars then says, "Let's be honest. If we continue like this, in the end, I'll be the one who will come out on top. Outlasting my opponents has always been my specialty. But even in the case you somehow find fortune's favor and drive me out, you'll be drained and vulnerable. And both the 7th Universe and that other team outnumber yours. Strong as your Jiren may be, there's no guarantee he can dispense with Goku and Vegeta and all the remaining warriors in the little time that remains. On the other hand, my chances of survival grows dimmer the more time passes as I'm the only one left in my team and even if I survive until the end, I would still lose and end up erased unless I somehow knock out everyone else, something that seems unlikely as there are monsters that even I fear taking part in this competition."
At this point, Dyspo asks, "So what's your point?" which makes Peppars reply, "I propose that if your Team wins this Tournament, you'll use the power of one of those sets of wish-granting orbs to wish me back to existence in one of the remaining universes. If you agree to that simple request, I would be amenable to helping your universe secure victory in exchange."
While Dyspo and the other are shocked by Peppars' proposition, Peppars continues, "What do you say, Dyspo? If you ask me, I'm making you a rather generous offer. I mean, I'm not even as bad as those people in my universe make me out to be. I never harmed anyone for pure enjoyment. You have to know that the 9th Universe does not tolerate weakness or failure. The weak are eliminated early, and those who fail are used as fuel to make the strong even stronger, and in such a ruthless environment, I had to do anything in my power to not be one of the weak."
Peppars then tries to justify himself by saying in a somewhat remorseful tone, "It's not my fault that to use my innate ability and create a set of Mirror Dimensions, I need to sacrifice lives that produce energy at least equal to my power seven times. At first, when I was very weak, the price to pay wasn't all that difficult or big. But the stronger I became, the more lives I needed to sacrifice to create them until I reached the point of needing billions of lives just to match my power one single time. At that point, the 'Gods' decided that I was too 'evil', that I threatened the balance of the universe, and that I had to be eliminated."
Suddenly, Peppars smirks and asks, "Anyway, I digress. Now, tell me, Dyspo. What is your answer to my proposal?"
Dyspo, who is still sitting on the ground, keeps his eyes trained on Peppars with his body very taunt, and he silently glares, but then, he heavily exhales and says, "The answer is no."
Then Dyspo stands up while saying, "Your motives are obviously despicable. You're tryin' to play me. Hopin' that you alone can survive the 9th Universe's fate and continue with your evil ways in another universe. But I don't make deals with evildoers like you!"
Hearing that, Peppars chuckles and says, "Ha! So once again I'm the evil one? I think that we only use such silly words to describe the things we fear." before he adds in a much lower but still clear tone, "Well, if that's your answer, then you leave me no choice. It really is a pity."
After saying that, Peppars waves his hands and creates a portal in front of him, then from the portal, another Peppars walks out, much to the shock of many of the spectators.
"Wait! Wait! Where do those other Peppars come from!? Don't tell me, are they even real or is it an illusion!?"
"Are you saying that Peppars' Mirror Dimension not only contains a mirror copy of his surroundings but also one of himself that he can summon whenever he wants!? How is this even possible?"
"They are exactly the same! They have the same power and vibe! They are alive! Is this even the kind of power a mortal should have in the first place?"
"What is going on here?"
"Why are there two Peppars now?"
""Is one of them fake?""
""Are they both real?""
"Well, from what I can sense, that is an almost perfect copy of Peppars-san, the body composition, energy signature, and behaviour are exactly the same, the only difference is that it is missing just one fundamental piece that would make it a complete and absolutely real entity, the soul. Because of that, I can only conclude that that is simply an extremely detailed construct. Very complex and difficult to make, but very well within the possibilities of a mortal technique."
While some of the spectators are still discussing and speculating about what his now happening on the fighting stage, Peppars looks at his mirror self grinning confidently at Dyspo, and with a smirk, he chuckles and says, "Hehehe. Since you refused my offer. I'll simply have to use the most dangerous aspect of my ability to force you out of the Tournament. It is likely that after you experience it, you'll probably have second thoughts about my offer. But I'm afraid it is too late. Now, then. Back to our melee. It's time for Round Two. Come. Try to resist any way you like."
Hearing that, Dyspo grins and says, "Oh, I'll do more than resist, squid. I'll show you that it doesn't matter how many of you there are. You'll still never keep up with my hyper speed!"
After saying that, Dyspo charges in and he lands a punch on the main Peppars' face. However, Peppars is unimpressed by his power and speed, and then quickly turns the tables on him quickly holding his extended arm while the mirror Peppars attack him, and then the two Peppars start to attack him with a quick series of combination attacks, sending Dyspo crashing to the ground.
Peppars then confidently announces, "Considering how incessantly you rattle on about your speed, I thought you'be faster than that. Hahaha!"
In response, Dyspo grunts, stands up, and keeps his head lowered, making Peppars comment, "Hm? Ooh, what a dramatic little pose. Doesn't that mean you're ready for more? Too bad gumption only gets you so far. Your abilities can never match mine."
Suddenly, Dyspo surrounds himself in a purple flame-like aura that outlines his body, surprising Peppars for a moment, before he calms down, chuckles, and says, "Heh. You surprised me. But you're still no match for your formidable foe!"
The next moment, the two Peppars move to attack Dyspo, who casually deflects both their attack and retaliates with a rush of very fast blows that immediately force both Peppars back, attacking them almost simultaneously to the point that they can barely defend themselves.
Seeing the speed of Dyspo's movements and attack, Seika can't help but comment, "That speed... There is no doubt! He has reached the realm of light speed, just like the Gold Saints! He can truly move, think, attack, and react at the speed of light!"
Indeed, Dyspo increases his speed even further and begins to counterattack, regaining the upper hand much to the shock of many of the spectators while Belmod explains, "Hehe. That's right. Dyspo has unveiled his ultimate technique. A level he calls his 'Super Maximum Light Speed Mode'."
Dyspo is now moving too fast for even the Zenos to see, which makes them loudly complain.
"No fair! Now they're too fast for me to see!"
"I can't see either!"
"Ooh, wait, I forgot!"
"Huh?"
"Slow-motion playback!"
Then they try the slow-motion replay footage on their GodPads, but Dyspo and Peppars are still far too fast for even that to work, which makes them exclaim.
"I still can't see!"
"Neither can I!"
This is followed by the Grand Minister who comments, "It would seem that Dyspo has also achieved a rate of speed beyond even the GodPad's ability to capture," which makes Zeno-1 realize, "Oh, so that's what the problem is." followed by Zeno-2 who comments, "How amazingly fast!"
At this point, the Grand Minister turns to look at the Zenos and says, "Please forgive the technological shortcoming, sires. I will ensure that the next generation of GodPad performs better. For now, we'll have to accept, and appreciate, that they're simply fighting too fast to observe," which makes the Zenos reply.
"Well, okay-dokey. Guess we'll watch the parts we can see."
"Even if they're only blurs, it's still fun to watch."
"I think so too!"
Hearing that, my daughter Kharna looks at me and uses the most deadly technique in her arsenal, the puppy eye, as she cutely asks, "Daddy! I feel bad for the Zen-chans! They are missing quite a fun battle. Can't you do anything for them?"
Obviously, I crumble in an instant and without any hesitation, I use a combination of Creation Magic and Evolution Magic to quickly upgrade the Zenos' GodPads to allow them to slow down and replay battles that reach even speed faster than light before telling the Zenos, "Here. I just improved your GodPads. Now you can easily follow any action happening on the fighting stage, no matter of fast the contestant moves."
In response, the Zenos quickly check their GodPads and, after quickly confirming that they can now see what is going on in the battle between Dyspo and Peppars, they quickly thank me.
"It's true! Now I can clearly see them!"
"Right! It's so clear!"
""Thanks, Jayr!""
My cute daughter also thanks me by pecking me on my cheek before she quickly focuses back on the fighting stage while cheering for my Digimon Partners, Kiki, and Orphèe.
The Grand Minister also lightly bows and says, "I'm truly grateful for your graceful assistance, Jayr-sama. And I'm also grateful to you, Kharna-sama."
At this point, I focus back on the fighting stage where Dyspo continues to beat up on the two Peppars, knocking them closer and closer to the arena's edge while vowing to knock both of them out of bounds.
But soon the original Peppars discreetly opens another portal away from Dyspo's eyes, and from it, a third Peppars emerges that quickly comes to the aid of the other two, kicking Dyspo away, giving them a chance to breathe before quickly rushing into another portal, returning back to the Mirror Dimension.
The next moment, the Peppars fire volley after volley of Ki Blasts at him; however, these attacks are too slow to hit him, allowing Dyspo to quickly close in.
At the same time, Peppars soon realizes that the only way for him to win is to limit the range of Dyspo's movements, so he quickly makes a move that baffles everyone watching.
Mirror Peppars stops his barrage of Ki Blasts and quickly retreats back into his Mirror Dimension by opening a portal, making the approaching Dyspo stop, and asks in a taunting tone, "What is going on, here? Did you finally realize that you have no chance of beating me? Are you giving up?"
In response, Peppars smirks and says, "Nope. I just realized that I can't defeat you if I keep worrying about not killing you. So, now I'll just stop caring too much about the consequences and just do everything in my power to win."
After saying that, Peppars waves his hands and opens a portal very close to Dyspo's position, something that makes the wary Pride Trooper immediately create some distance from them, and then, from the portal the two Mirror Peppars emerges, but this time, they aren't alone as they are holding a struggling Mirror Dyspo much to the shock of Dyspo and all the other spectators who exclaim.
"What!? Another Dyspo!?"
"What is going on here!?"
"Don't tell me that his Mirror Dimensions also contain not only a copy of himself but also of everyone else!?"
At the same time, seeing the shock on Dyspo's face, Peppars explains, "Hehehe. That's right. In my Mirror Dimensions, I can recreate a copy of everything around me. Not only this fighting stage, but also the contestants and even the Deities! They are almost perfect copies; the only downside is that they are limited to my power level and that I can't actually control them. If I create a Mirror Copy of an opponent, he will act like the original and attack my Mirror Copy and myself, but that doesn't mean it is useless to create them."
At this point, Peppars grins evilly as he explains, "You see... Excluding myself, the original and the Mirror copy can't actually coexist in the same place and at the same time. If that happens, they will begin to slowly be pulled toward each other. Once the two of the same person or thing enter close proximity, portions of each in the form of small cubes will fly toward and collide with their alternate iteration, being completely annihilated without a trace and when the duplicate people or things themselves collide, they merge as well and are eradicated completely, damaging everything in the immediate radius of the collision."
Shortly after explaining this, Peppars gives a demonstration by opening a small portal that ejects a small piece of rock that looks like a part of the fighting stage.
After that small rock lands on the floor, the next moment, it starts to tremble a little before it slowly moves toward a certain direction, like attracted to it, and soon, when it arrives close to a certain spot close to Dyspo.
Then, small cubic portions separate from both the rock and a piece of the fighting stage's floor and quickly start to fly toward, collide, and merge with each other, before they are eradicated completely with a weak implosion.
After that small demonstration, Peppars grins evilly and says, "Hehehe. This is a small preview of what is going to happen if you get too close to your Mirror Self... Complete Eradication!" before he adds, "This is the end! As soon as you get too close to your Mirror Self, pieces of you will fly out of your body and be completely eradicated. No matter how fast you are. You can't escape now!"
