Under the banyan tree, Old Lucas poured tea for Lorraine Hughes and casually pushed a basket of white stones in front of her, signaling her to talk while playing Go.
"I didn't expect you to wrap up the Clear Heart Pill in just a few days. You've surpassed your master; your mother would be comforted to know how capable you've become."
Upon hearing Old Lucas mention her mother, Lorraine just hummed in acknowledgment.
