When Qiao Jing found George, he was staring intently at the wild wheat before him, seemingly lost in thought and completely unaware of Qiao Jing's approach.
"How did you end up here?"
Qiao Jing lifted her leg and walked over to sit next to George.
Hearing her voice, George snapped back to reality, "I just wanted to get some fresh air, but I stumbled upon this patch of wild wheat by chance."
"I forgot to remind you that it's best not to wander around in these places."
Qiao Jing's expression turned serious as she spoke with a hint of solemnity, "Out here in the wild, there are plenty of poisonous snakes and ferocious animals. If you're unlucky enough to encounter them or get lost in the woods, it could be very dangerous."
George nodded, looking a bit apologetic as he said, "I'm sorry, I was too reckless and made you worry."
"It's not that serious; you don't need to apologize."
As she spoke, Qiao Jing subtly glanced at the wild wheat from the corner of her eye.
