Ningwan was reading in the hospital when Chen Tan suddenly approached and greeted her respectfully.
"Is something up?" Ningwan put down her book.
Chen Tan glanced at Wu Taotao who was nearby.
Wu Taotao immediately understood and said, "I'll go take a walk, you two chat slowly."
"You even purposely sent the person beside me away, is it something urgent?" Ningwan spoke slowly.
Chen Tan replied, "Not exactly urgent, just concerned you might feel embarrassed. The boss instructed me to ask you when you plan to go back home?"
Ningwan: "..."
"Ahem, Shao'er isn't well yet, I might...need some more time before going back."
"Alright, I'll inform the boss. But the boss mentioned that the information regarding your parents' car accident expires tonight at ten. If you don't hurry back to see it, you might miss it," Chen Tan reminded with a smile.
Ningwan widened her eyes: "Expires?"
This isn't a snack, how could it expire?
