A voice dripping with sarcasm was heard from the other side: "Oh dear, we're really busy with our work! How could we possibly have time to notify everyone individually?"
Natalie Hudson was furious: "But you always used to notify us before! Now there's suddenly a power outage, what are we supposed to do here? A lot of things have been delayed! If a medical accident happens, how serious do you think that would be?"
The voice on the other end sounded even more infuriating: "Oh, do I need you guys to teach me how to do my job? Let me tell you, don't try to intimidate us! What does a medical accident have to do with us? Aren't you all supposed to be miracle healers? Go save them!"
This was deliberately looking for trouble.
Natalie Hudson was furious, but had to bow her head to circumstances.
She had no way to restore power, so she had to contain her anger and ask, "So when can we expect power to be restored?"
