The setting sun was like blood, casting a glow over a large human fortress standing between two towering peaks; this was the Ironstone Fortress located at the northernmost part of the Pars Empire.
Although the two massive peaks surrounding Ironstone Fortress each had unique features, shrouded in mist with a majestic appearance, they were both part of a vast mountain range, known as the Hundred Ranges.
The Hundred Ranges were grand and stretched from the northern coastline of the Pars Empire, through the borders of the Grimm Kingdom, Coldflame Kingdom, and Saint Night Kingdom, reaching the northern coastline of the Orchid Federation, spanning the entire southernmost part of the continent, separating the Human World from the Outer Region and leaving only numerous large and small passes connected.
