Since it was capable of opening the cages, it was only natural that Lin Fan would want to test it.
With how many points he had, it didn't matter if he opened a few of these cages.
But the thing that he was really testing for was to see if he could close it as well.
As soon as Lin Fan figured out that he was able to open the cage, there was already a plan that had formed in his mind. But for this plan to work, he had to have the ability to close the cage as well.
After opening the first cage, he found that there was nothing that came from the token even though he was still holding it up in the same place.
It didn't seem like the cage was going to close until he took the item either.
Only after he took the item inside did the cage reform once more in that space, even though there was nothing left to protect anymore. Or that would have been the case if not for another one of the same item appearing inside of the cage.
