Lin Fan was caught off guard since the person that said this wasn't one that he expected to actually say something like this.
When he looked at Haku, there was a confused look on his face as he slowly asked, "What are you hoping to get out of this?"
Haku didn't seem offended even though she normally would have.
Instead, with a calm look on her face, she said, "Why are you assuming that I want to get something out of this?"
Lin Fan didn't say anything in response, but the expression on his face was more than enough to show what he was thinking. At the same time, it wasn't just Lin Fan alone who was looking at Haku like this.
The others in the room all looked at Haku with the same expression on their faces.
