Lin Fan certainly never would have imagined that he would be in a place like this, but here he was.
Of course, he wasn't using his real identity in this place.
Lin Fan had to be amazed by the amount of power that the Laver Empire possessed that they were able to give him this identity in the first place.
After all, the identity that they gave him was anything but simple.
For him to accomplish his goal in this Laver Empire, it wasn't as if just any identity would work. It required him to have a special identity or else he wouldn't even be able to step into the front door.
For that to work, it required him to have quite a few contacts that would be able to vouch for him. At the same time, these contacts had to be people that had lived in this Glory City for a while or else they wouldn't be treated as trustworthy.
That was why it was amazing that the Laver Empire had prepared all of this.
