"Mia Carter is really scared now. She has spilled a lot of things while on set, but she said she only touched the middle layer and didn't touch the topmost level of the ladder."
However, everyone at the scene saw clearly that it was only when Annie Anne climbed to the last level of the ladder that she fell.
