When Yang Ran woke up again, Qi Ming Wei was no longer by her side.
She stared at the ceiling for a while, thinking of the days that she was going to spend in Y City. Then she sat up again and headed to the bathroom to wash up.
Qi Ming Wei stepped into the room as she walked out of the bathroom. Yang Ran gave him a lookover and noted that the man returned from somewhere.
"You went out?"
"Mmm... My dad sent me out to get something." Qi Ming Wei walked over to Yang Ran's side and asked, "How are you feeling?"
"Not that bad." Yang Ran stared at him for a brief second and spoke, "Qi Ming Wei, can you take me out for a bit?"
His brow rose. "Where do you want to go?"
"To buy snacks."
"If you want to eat some smacks, I can ask the cook to make some for you."
"No. I wanted to eat the unhealthy kind." Yang Ran put a hand on her stomach. "Little Thing wanted to eat them. I have a feeling that if I could not have a taste today, I will keep salivating."
