After the tournament events came to an end, Elayne and her group of allies and friends gathered outside the colosseum, deciding to spend a few hours relaxing in a large dining area where they could eat something and taste the local cuisine.
Mushrooms, dark deep fruits, and meat from monsters were the norm around here and composed most of the local diet. Some of the dishes were unfamiliar even to Elayne, who had traveled through many strange places, and she found herself wondering how many of the ingredients were unique to this realm.
There was also special food for those capable of consuming flames themselves. Indeed, the blue fire that some of the inhabitants were made of was being served on plates made of hard metal. As they consumed it, they recovered energy, and their bodies grew larger and stronger. It was a rather unusual sight, especially for those who weren't accustomed to seeing living beings feed on fire as though it were an ordinary meal.
