Arnold Simmons followed Hannah's gaze, "Want to eat?"
Hannah shook her head and patted her bulging backpack, "No, I brought a lot of snacks myself."
The day before the outing began, she and Tessa Thompson went to the supermarket, just like a primary school spring outing, and bought a lot of snacks like chips and jelly.
Hannah arranged all the snacks out like setting up a small snack shop.
Of course, her favorite fruit candies were among them.
"Go ahead and eat." She opened the jar of fruit candies, took out two pieces, one for herself and handed the other to him.
Arnold Simmons looked down and smiled, "Orange flavor again?"
Hannah shook her head, chewing the candy with a slightly muffled voice, "I finished the orange ones, the rest... I don't know what flavor they are."
Her eyes brimmed with smiles, like the colorful transparent candy wrappers under the light, wrapped around sweetness, bright and brilliant.
Arnold Simmons reached out and took the candy from her palm.
