In Floor No.5 of the Timeless Tower, a few figures hidden behind cloaks stood on top of a large teleportation circle.

There were teleportation halls on each floor, which were connected to different locations of the timeless city. Because of its peculiar location, a Constant could only enter or exit the Timeless City through the teleportation hall.
