A fist shot through the air with violent speed, punching straight through multiple layers of celestial energy shields as though they were nothing more than thin glass before finally crashing into the thick layer of fur covering the chest of the man who had deployed them.
The force within the strike transferred directly into his body, his ribcage collapsing inward instantly, fragments of shattered bone piercing into his heart and lungs from within as the impact sent his body flying backwards through the air.
He slammed hard into a brick wall with enough force to crack it outward in a spiderweb pattern before sliding down without resistance, his body going completely limp as he hit the ground.
His feet dropped into the shallow, slowly flowing water of the sewer below, the surface rippling faintly around him as he lay motionless and lifeless against the cold stone floor.
