"Elder Ronin , this must be important for you to come to me personally." Bia moved her head to face his direction but made no other movement , usually the two interact all the time but for him to come and do such a grand bow before her , it was obvious he wanted to know something. The old man chuckles and palms his beard , "this old one got some information from outside and would like to ask the Mistress a question." Reina poured herself some more tea as she sat down once more. Bia merely smiled and turned away , the sun felt warm on her pale skin. Rekka spread out one of his wings a bit to block some of sun from her. "By information...You mean the Elves joining the Wolves because of their own weakness after they were defeated miserably?" Reina , the General , asked while taking a bit of one of the Mistress's pastries. Elder Ronin sat in the place Bia once was and Reina poured him some tea. "No Reina , that matter was bound to happen since they declared that they wanted no help from the rest of the Kingdoms the way they did after the Supreme Reign ended. However , the Elder and some of the citizens got away. Will we help them?"
His question was directed to Bia once more but Reina answered , "they are ultimately innocent and aren't weak minded like their King. Even though he said he wanted nothing to do with the rest of Kingdoms , he sent letters to the Fae and Dragon Kingdoms while asking for help but he didn't get any." Elder Ronin stroked his beard some more , "Why not? The Fae Kingdom isn't one to not help , not to mention the Dragons." Reina chuckles lowly , "why do you think? The Wolf King had already convinced some of the Elves to work for him and the letters never left the Kingdom boundary." Elder Ronin nods , "that doesn't answer if we'll house them." Bia remained silent and fanned herself , Rekka took the fan from her and fanned her when she was deep in thought. "If we take them in , where would we put them? We'll need preparations before we can expand." Reina said as she began to discuss the expansion plan of the village with Elder Ronin. Rekka suddenly turned around , his eyes closed as if he was seeing the situation himself. "Mistress , there's a fight to the east. A group of seven hundred against a thousand." Bia opened her eyes and sat up , "let's observe first. Pino , you go." Bia held her hand out and Opal helped her up.
"Elder Ronin , you should worry about your family and not just others. If you don't send news back , war will break out soon enough." Waving her hand , Reina and Elder Ronin stood and bowed before leaving the summit. "Reina , did something happen in the Vampire Kingdom?" Reins nods while clutching her sword , "your little niece's situation is rather complicated right now , people are saying that she killed you to get complete control of the Kingdom. They may start an uprising if they could. luckily the Mistress sent someone to rectify the problems slowly. " Elder Ronin strokes his beard in understanding , "Trouble is stirring once again but the Mistress isn't ready to expose herself in this war just yet."
Reina shook her head , "actually that isn't the case. The Wolves are preparing to attack the Dragons and suppress them just like they did to the Elves. If Bia has to appear , it'll be when she needs to to. Right now , the Dragons can hold out but will they want our help randomly? Not to mention our spy hasn't sent back information as yet. Look , we took in five hundred refugees since this war between the Elves and Wolves started and gave them different jobs but they want to create a rift and get into places of power over our own people. Bia also has to deal with this personally or the rest of us will end up with a massacre on our hands." Every person here are either hybrids , mates to one or are mates to a species outside their own. The older ones were all rescued by Bia so that they would survive the so called 'purging' as the Wolves began to kill off hybrids and people that weren't mates to their own species.
After years of settling , it became a Kingdom of itself. Only the natives knew of the dangers Bia faced for them to stay peacefully , the sacrifices she made for them. That's why they call her Bia , Goddess of force and nature. They treated her as their Queen and it was only fair that Bia treated them as her subjects , she had no choice in the matter really. They basically forced her in the position and pledged themselves to her , all she had to do is protect their wellbeing and do what she thinks is right. And everyone in the entire Forbidden Area all hang on her every word as if it was the air they breathed. "General. Is the Mistress coming down soon?" Dana's mother , one of the oldest women here , everyone calls her Aunty Ela was in charge of everything concerning the women in the village.
"Aunty Ela , I'm not sure how much longer the Mistress will be up there. Is there something?" Aunty Ela sighed , "it's like this. One of the recent newcomers is almost about to give birth , we want to help as they don't have any midwives or women experienced in childbirth but.." Reina understood her plight. "I-" A loud screech is heard from above. This indicates intruders , "Go! Now." Reina whistled as everyone quickly went to their houses. She bit her finger and waved her hand , Reina's blood turned to blood red petals and scattered in the wind.
"There seems to be a village up ahead." Someone shouted from between the trees and soon enough many people bursts through the treeline. Children were crying , women were dropping to the ground in exhaustion and although the men were also tired they were aware of the surroundings. These people are elves who ran from the Kingdom when the Wolves ran rampant. "We got separated from the Elder and the others , do you think they made it?" A young girl asked her mother , a voice interrupted them. "You should think about yourself first." They all looked up to see a red figure walking towards them , a sword on her waist and red petals were scattered in the air.
"Speak! Who led you here?" A little girl ran out , "Our Elder said , there's a Goddess here who can protect us , so he brought us here but we got separated from the others. Older sister , is the rest of our group here?" Reina ignored the little girl and walked forward , through the group to the very back where a woman lowered her head. "Wolf soldier. Why are you here?" Reins lifted the woman's head with her sword , only to find the woman's face ghastly disfigured. "When I tried to help the Elves escape , my own kind did this to me. Do you think that I should've stayed and wait for death?"
"Whether to stay or go isn't for me to tell you. Wait here." Waving her hand , a barrier appeared to keep the Elves in one area. Not having the all clear , no one dares to walk out the house. When Bia started bringing people into the valley , she would keep them in isolation. Weed out the weak ones easily , make them all think that they're the only ones here for a couple hours. Reina appeared on the summit once again to see Opia giving Bia a massage on her shoulders. "Mistress" Reina bowed and then relayed the events while giving her personal opinion. "Pino will be back soon with the other five hundred. They will stay out until that happens. As for that wolf. Bring her here , send for Dana as well."
Reina nods and leaves once again , "Mistress" Rekka addressed her now , wanting to say something. "It seems that we'll need to speed up things here." Bia hummed in response to his words , she knew of his concerns and had already thought of these things but they would know in due time. "If we continue to wait , things will be worse." Reina came back with the wolf solider and Dana. Dana bowed , "Mistress. Everything is ready for tonight. Do you want to start now?" Bia raised her hand and Dana bowed and stepped to the side. "You... You look just like."
The wolf dropped to her knees , hand over heart. "Greetings to the Supreme Princess." Bia smiles , "Oh? You know me?" The wolf didn't move. "This lowly one is named Yaya, my grandfather was a painter and the Supreme Queen allowed him to paint a portrait for her. We have kept that portrait because that was the last time we saw her until years later when she was murdered by the King."
