Outside the door, Elara Don walked out of the children's room and slowly headed towards the study.
Andrew King finished his call and gave her a reassuring smile.
"Elly, don't be sad. Tom's situation is unclear right now, and the things he says might not be his true intention. Rest assured, we will all stand by your side."
This was the Hawthorne's recognition of her.
Elara Don was touched, her nose felt a little sore.
She gave Andrew King a grateful smile and heard Vinny Hawke's voice coming from the study.
"You were particularly naughty as a child but would always listen to me. Seeing me was like a mouse seeing a cat..."
Vinny Hawke was reminiscing with Damon Hawke about his childhood.
Elara Don didn't want to disturb them, and said to Andrew King, "Mr. King, I'll go down and help with dinner."
"Okay."
Andrew King nodded, watching Elara Don's figure going downstairs, he sighed slightly.
He hoped his son would recover soon, so the family could be happy together.
