Gabriel Miles took the divorce agreement, glanced at it, and said nothing, his face darkened.
"Miss Shaw, please sign." The lawyer said calmly.
"I will not sign this divorce agreement." Eleanor Shaw said angrily.
"Miss Shaw, Mr. Miles said, if you don't sign, don't blame him for showing no mercy."
The lawyer repeated Hunter Miles's original words.
Eleanor Shaw's breathing hitched, glaring angrily at the lawyer without speaking.
No need to spell it out, she knew what Hunter Miles meant.
If she didn't sign this divorce agreement, then her affair with Gabriel Miles would become public knowledge.
"You go back first, let me think about it,"
Eleanor Shaw suppressed her inner anger and spoke.
The lawyer glanced at her, said "wait a moment," and went outside to call Hunter Miles.
"Mr. Miles, Miss Shaw said she needs to consider whether to sign this divorce agreement."
