He had seen what the Leander Family did to Khaemorr and its Faction. Khaemorr was so isolated that it allowed him to recruit even the most loyal worlds to his Faction.
What's worse was that the Leander Family did all that in less than a month. Khaemorr was completely helpless, even sending its elites to take action did not change anything.
