December 3rd, 2022.
Saturday.
11 p.m.
Xu Yun, Tian Liangwei, Zheng Zu and several other Huadun Biotech directors and department leads were all gathered at company headquarters.
The meeting room had temporarily been turned into a 'war room,' in charge of coordinating every aspect of the sales launch.
Actually, according to the last chapter... cough, I mean, the original plan.
The release date for 'One Roach Gone' was first set for the midnight of December 3rd—that is, officially launching at 0:00 today.
But later, during the final check, Xu Yun and the team suddenly realized December 3rd is International Disability Day.
Since this kind of awareness day doesn't get much attention, 'One Roach Gone' would inevitably steal a chunk of the topics and traffic on launch day.
This sort of clout-jacking behavior isn't necessary, and honestly isn't advisable.
So after another round of board discussion, the company decided to postpone the launch by a day.
